The Basics

  • $45 entrance fee
  • 12 teams
  • Half-point PPR scoring
  • Starting lineup — 1 QB / 2 RB / 2 WR / 1 Flex / 1 TE / 1 K / 1 DST
  • Roster — 9 starters + 7 on bench (16 total)
  • 2 IR spots — only for players on a COVID list or OUT
  • We're playing on Sleeper — they have an app.
  • 4 divisions of 3 teams each
  • During the season each team plays every other team in the league once, and the teams in their division twice. And because there are 14 games, each team also gets one extra game against a non-division team.
  • The top team in each division advances to the playoffs. Of the remaining teams, the two with the best records advance as at-large teams.

Tiebreakers — Division Winners

  1. Overall record
  2. Division record
  3. Head-to-head record
  4. Total points scored
  5. Coin toss

Tiebreakers — At-Large Spots

  1. Overall record
  2. Head-to-head record
  3. Total points scored
  4. Coin toss
  • 3-week playoff — weeks 15–17
  • The 2 division winners with the best records get a bye

Keepers

  • You can keep one player you drafted the previous year. His keeper cost is the round you drafted him in. If you keep him again in later years, the cost moves up one round each season. A player drafted in Round 1 can be kept once, at a Round 1 cost, but not again after that.
  • For example: a player kept in the 9th round last year costs an 8th round pick to keep this year. Keep him again next year, and he'd cost a 7th, and so on.
  • You can only keep players you drafted, not guys picked up mid-season.

Waivers / Trades

  • $400 FAAB budget for waiver pickups. Waivers process Wednesday through Saturday at midnight CT. Highest bidder wins; a tie goes to whoever's lower in the standings. $5 minimum bid.
  • Once the playoffs start, waivers are only open to teams still in the hunt. Playoff teams' FAAB budgets reset to $200. Non-playoff teams have their FAAB zeroed out and rosters frozen.
  • Trades are pretty much unrestricted. There's a one-day review period on every trade. Trade deadline is the end of Week 12.

Money / Prize

  • $45 entrance fee, due before the draft
  • 1st place — $360
  • 2nd place — $120

The GOAT Pot

  • $5 of each team's entrance fee ($60 total) goes into a special pot that buys a gift for the GOAT, the team with the worst regular season record.
  • The champ picks a jersey from jerseysvictory.com. Any sport, any player. They have plenty that fit the $60 budget, including shipping. Want something from somewhere else? Fine. Send the commish the link. If it's over $60 including shipping, the champ covers the difference — it comes out of their winnings.
  • The champ needs to pick the jersey ASAP, before prize money gets paid out.
  • The GOAT sends their size and address; the jersey gets ordered and shipped.
  • The GOAT has to wear the jersey out to a sit-down restaurant of their choosing, order a whiskey, and send a photo of themselves in the jersey drinking it. That photo gets posted on the front page of the site so we can all enjoy it.
  • The photo is due by next year's draft day. Miss the deadline and it's a $100 fine, paid directly to that season's champion on top of what they already won. No do-over, no winning it back.
  • Any leftover jersey money rolls into next year's regular prize pool.
