Know Your Drinking Buddies
Know thyself. Or at least know why you keep drafting a kicker in Round 9.
Eleven years of draft behavior, now with the important question added: who lets fandom infect the board? Position habits, ADP reaches, NFL allegiance, and a Texas-vs-A&M college bias detector.
2015–25.Recent five seasons count 2×. Keepers excluded. ADP reach is normalized to league size; positive = early, negative = value. This version uses the exact full-WL ADP merge.
Special-teams crimes
Geoff is the king: DST early 9/11, K early 9/11, nine sub-R10 offenses. Noble has four sub-R10 crimes; Darren is the persistent early-kicker guy.
Longhorn tax
Noble has 5 of the WL’s 13 Texas picks since 2023 — 38% — and takes matched Longhorns 1.54 rounds early at the median.
Secret homer
Darren owns the highest career Texas concentration: 6 picks, 3.38× league baseline, helped by drafting Bijan three straight years.
Plot twist
Longhorn fan David has the league’s highest A&M concentration: 6 Aggies, 3.03× baseline — mostly Evans/Achane, generally at value.
Aggie receipts
Geoff: 7 A&M picks (2.27× baseline). Todd: 6 (1.77×). Their Aggie loyalty shows up, but neither pays a huge consistent homer tax.
The Todd Curse
Johnny Football in 2015. Then Brees's final season: broken ribs. Then Winston's torn ACL. Now Tyreek's whole career. Todd doesn't have favorite players, he has victims. He's Evil Noble.
Libby“Living on Burrowed Time”
SMALL SAMPLE, BIG SWINGS
4 seasons · 37 ADP picks
Only four seasons, so don't overfit it — but the early signal is aggressive. She is the biggest overall reacher in the current sample, with QB and TE both taken ahead of ADP and QB2 in every season. The sample is short, but the draft-room read is simple: she is not afraid to go get the player she wants.

Dan“Joe’s Toe”
THE QB/TE REACH COMBO
11 seasons · 106 ADP picks
Dan is one of the league's true reachers, but the aggression is concentrated. QB comes early-ish and about 1.4 rounds ahead of ADP; TE is also taken notably early. RB/WR stays much closer to market. If you're competing with Dan for a onesie, waiting for 'value' is how you get sniped.

Charles“CheeseBallzzz”
THE DISCIPLINED DOUBLE-QB GUY
11 seasons · 103 ADP picks
Charles is unusually disciplined versus ADP, but structurally weird: QB2 has appeared in every measured season. He starts with four-plus RB/WR picks, usually waits until the middle rounds for QB, and rarely pays a big market premium. The danger is not an early panic reach; it's Charles taking a second quarterback you thought nobody needed.

Brian“Cowboysfanforlife”
QB EARLY, QB AGAIN
11 seasons · 107 ADP picks
Brian is not a wild overall reacher; he's a targeted one. His board behavior is nearly neutral except at quarterback, where he jumps roughly a round early. He also drafts QB2 in 88% of seasons. Translation: if you and Brian like the same QB tier, assume he will take the guy before ADP says he should — and don't assume he's finished after QB1.

Geoff“WhoDak?”
THE PREMIUM-ONESIE MADMAN
11 seasons · 101 ADP picks
Geoff is the league's premium-onesie chaos agent. First QB around Round 4, first TE around Round 4, and he reaches more than a full round for QB at the median. He also drafts TE2 in 94% of seasons. Add an unusually early DST/K history and you've got the manager most willing to fill 'one-starter' slots before the room thinks he should.

Sean“flyfly”
COMMITS TO THE BIT
9 seasons · 88 ADP picks
Sean's numbers say pure skill-position opener — but 2023 says otherwise. He took four tight ends in seven rounds (Engram, Njoku, Kincaid, LaPorta), the first two caused a stir, so he doubled down. He's also the league's biggest Eagles homer by a mile — 12 picks, 2.43× baseline — without ever really overpaying to get them.

Noble“Richardson Believer”
THE EARLY-ONESIE STACKER
11 seasons · 105 ADP picks
Noble fills QB/TE earlier than average and pays for it. QB is almost a round early versus ADP, TE about a full round early, and QB2 is automatic. This is one of the clearer 'get my onesies settled, then keep adding' profiles. If you're waiting on the same TE tier, Noble is a real threat.

THE KING OF THE HOMERS. 5 Texas picks, all since 2023, meaning Noble owns 5 of the league's 13 Longhorn selections over the last three drafts — 38%. More damning: his matched UT picks came a median 1.54 rounds EARLY. He is not merely drafting Horns; he is paying the homer tax.
Special Teams
REPEAT OFFENDER
Will absolutely jump the room for a defense. Plan accordingly.
Draft-room tell
QB and TE both need to be treated as potential snipe zones.
Kevin“HeroBrianGriese”
QB WAITER, WR VALUE SHOPPER
11 seasons · 108 ADP picks
Kevin is one of the safest bets to wait on QB. He is also a quiet WR bargain hunter: WR comes roughly a quarter-round after market at the median. Yet QB2 is automatic. He's less likely to start a quarterback run than to sit through it, take his guy later, and then annoyingly draft another.

Don't burn capital to beat Kevin to QB; he usually waits.
Todd“Repeat After Me”
SKILL-FIRST, THEN QB2
11 seasons · 105 ADP picks
Todd looks conventional in the first five — mostly RB/WR — but the back half is less normal. QB2 shows up in 94% of seasons, while TE is usually delayed until around Round 9. He doesn't reach much overall, so his tendency is not 'panic early'; it's building skill depth first and then over-insuring quarterback.

Draft-room tell
He'll build the roster first — then still find room for QB2.
Darren“D-Balla”
TE FIRST, VALUE LATER
11 seasons · 106 ADP picks
Darren is TE-forward structurally but value-side overall. First TE lands around Round 5 and TE2 appears in 81% of seasons, yet his median TE selection is actually after ADP. That's a useful distinction: he likes the position, but he isn't usually paying too much for it. WR is also strongly favored over RB in total roster construction.

David“DavidLayton”
THE FALLING-RB VULTURE
11 seasons · 109 ADP picks
David is a value hunter, especially at running back. His median RB comes more than half a round after ADP, the strongest RB-value signal in the league. TE, however, comes pretty early structurally. He is the guy most likely to let the room pass on a falling back and scoop him up instead of forcing a position.

Mike“McCaffrey & Mrs. Miller”
THE PATIENT BOARD SHOPPER
11 seasons · 105 ADP picks
This is the cleanest wait-and-shop profile in the league. About 4.3 of the first five picks are RB/WR, QB waits until roughly Round 7, TE about the same, and he almost never pays a serious ADP premium. WR is where he is most comfortable letting value fall. The only unusual roster habit is that QB2 still shows up often enough to matter.
